The head of the corporation reported on its performance results and USC development projects.
"We finished 2025 quite well. From a financial point of view, our revenue grew by 14% to 525 billion rubles. This, of course, is the result of implementing financial programmes under the auspices of the Government of the Russian Federation, with the support of relevant ministries and the support of VTB Bank. And this is having its effect," the USC press service quoted Puchkov as saying.
The USC CEO stressed that the financial successes are accompanied by steady work on implementing the production programme, and that 2025 became a record year for the corporation.
"We delivered the largest number of ships in the entire history of the United Shipbuilding Corporation," he said.
In July this year, the NKR rating agency assigned the United Shipbuilding Corporation a credit rating of AAA.ru with a stable outlook.
USC was established in accordance with a presidential decree in 2007, and 100% of its shares are federally owned. In August 2023, President Vladimir Putin decided to transfer 100% of USC shares to VTB Bank under trust management for five years; in October, the decree on the transfer was signed.
After USC was transferred to VTB's management, the head of the bank, Andrey Kostin, said in September 2023 that it was necessary to restructure the corporation's management, which at the time of the transfer was inefficient, and to invest in upgrading production capacities.
