Concern Systemprom Faces Massive Lawsuits
Six companies have filed claims against the Systemprom concern throughout the three incomplete summer months. Moreover, Systemprom owes other Russian companies about 700 mln rubles, reports Kommersant-Kartoteka informational analytical service. The concern has not disclosed revenues for 2017. In 2016, the company earned only 150 mln rubles.
The claimants’ representatives said that Systemprom had failed to perform obligations as of payment of the works done long ago. "We are not paid for the contracts executed in 2017. By phone, they promise to repay debts, but do not reply on official letters", shared Elena Karpova, deputy director general at Ankad LLC.
Ankad will claim about 10 mln from Systemprom. The court hearing is scheduled in the end of August. Kazan-based NPO Computer Systems LLC claimed they were tired of waiting the money transfer from the concern. "We have been hoping for decency for a quite long time. We concluded a collateral agreement, but with no effect", said a source in the company’s management.
The Systemprom concern brought legal proceeding only against defense ministry, claiming for repayment of debts under the state contract. Amount of claims is 32 mln rubles; the court hearing will be held on September 17, 2018.
No one at the director’s office, in the legal and financial departments of Systemprom could comment on the situation.
The Systemprom concern is specialized in radioelectronic weapons, electronic warfare and shipborne navigation systems. In particular, the company is known for designing a multifunctional combat robot.
